Damian Casapinta – General Manager
Damian has worked for the Company since 1998 , involved is all its departments leading to his current position as General Manager. In particular Damian has specialised in branding design, graphics, sign writing and project management.
He has travelled extensively during this period both whist project managing participations at international fairs all round Europe, the United States of America and the Russian Federation, whilst also spending also some months in the Middle East were he has worked at back office operations for the set up of shows of over 40.000 sq. mtrs. During the last three years he has run the logistics and project management of the Libya office involved mainly in the set-up of Libya Build exhibition (30,000 sq. mtrs).
He is also responsible for heading the Neptunus Tent Structures Regional Office for Italy, Malta and North Africa.
Massimo Grima – Head of Design
Massimo is a graduate of the Malta Institute of Art & Design obtaining the Btec Diploma in 3d Product Design and the Btec Higher National Diploma in 3d Product Design and has worked within the design department since 2006, now heading the Company’s design department offering creative solutions for our projects. Massimo is extremely passionate about creating result oriented design and branding projects using the basic principle that ” what you design has to be produced “.
Massimo has travelled extensively both in Europe and North Africa project managing exhibition stands at international shows.
Clare Borg – Head of Sales
Claire has been employed with the Group since 2006. She has brought over to the Group a vast sales experience of the exhibition industry having been employed for many years with the Malta Trade Fairs Corporation. Claire heads the unit that co-ordinates our sales with logistical support and deliveries.
Anabelle Grech – Head of Accounts Unit
Anabelle started employment with our Group in November 2010. With an AAT Diploma in accounts in hand, Anabelle is currently undertaking studied for ACCA accreditation.
A highly organised individual, Anabelle manages her workflow and priorities to ensure that she does not leave any open to out-of-control situations. Anabelle is also responsable for the Group HR interests.
Josette Ciantar – Head of Secretariat
Ms Josette Ciantar has headed the Group’s Secretariat since 2000.
In liaison with our Sales unit, Josette makes initial contact with the client or visitor, welcoming visitors or clients to our offices, taking details and assist them with initial problems or enquiries.
Acting as the first point of contact for our company, offering administrative support to the group with a particular focus on visitor enquiries and IT management.
Working many times under extreme pressure, due to our deadline oriented work programme, Josette has during the years, eveloped high administration and clerical skills, building up contacts and knowledge of the industry.
Josette also handles the Secretariat of the Honorary Consulate General of the Czech Republic located at our offices in Naxxar.
Stephen Ellul – Works Manager
Stephen is the man on site. He has been employed with the group since 1995. Co-ordinating and planning all workers, logistics and deliveries to all locations.
