The beautifuly restored setting of the historic Fort St Elmo in Valletta served as a wonderful setting for the annual HSBC Bank Malta plc’s private concert which this year featured the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra under the direction of Wayne Marshall as conductor together with The new Choral Singers and the Schola Cantorum Jubilate choir from the Island of Gozo. The programme featured compositions by Orff, Handell, Gershwin, Verdi, Bizet, Bach, Freddie Mercury and Abba, ending with the Tchaikovsky’s 1812 overture. Casapinta Exhibitions & Events were responsible for the setting up a Tent structure with a 6m clear side height and transparent roof skin.
