Damian Casapinta representing ATEX International Exhibition Group, was one of the speakers at the event when he presented a Case study entitled, “Adapting exhibition business in hard times – The Libyan perspective”
The current conflict in Libya has totally disrupted exhibition organisers’ plans to carry on with their colander of events and his presentation explained in great detail the turmoil which an organiser goes through, when such events have to carry on due to the organisers commitments such as those undertaken during the last edition of Libya Build show held in May 2014.
During the event, various contacts were established with partners both from North Africa and the Middle East in view of the imminent opening of a Middle East Area Office, which ATEX International will be opening in the near future.
